Its been a while Dizzy but when I used to play I would do like 2:15 to 2:18 (one lap) on Pine Top then finish usually mid pack or first.
But on rest of tracks I would say with Zen on average I would be around 3:18 to 3:29 on Nationals, Supercross probably like 4:62 or 4:32, I wasnt as fast on Supercross thats for sure.
