What settings do you use for SX compared to what you use for outdoors? I used to use 2 more clicks towards hard suspension for SX but just recently tried putting it more towards soft and it lowered my lap times by a few seconds. not sure why tho, I can just go faster.  SX I use:  little bit more acceleration suspension towards soft  sticky tires MX: bit more top speed suspension is about the same for both sticky tires Anyone found a happy medium for both? I know theres threads on this kinda thing too, but none that compare between mx and sx that I saw.

StaticMX...... Sounds like my recent (and always changing settings).... I switched to the Suzuki.....4 towards accel..........2 more soft...........tires 2 less full sticky......... for everything......also fastest steering and brakes..... I was using the Honda, but changed recently.....I also switched back to a PS3 controller and feel its more consistant then the aftermarket, but the PS3 controller is way to small for my hands and I keep shifting my grip for the throttle and messing up.  Does anyone know if there is a way to make the PS3 controller a little bigger in the handgrip area?  I used a Logitech controller and it fit my hands great.  I still don't like setting the motor for full top speed, you have to hit the lines perfect with that setting and sometimes I over jump and have to use the crash avoidence to often.   I started as a novice with the Yamaha, full stiff, nearly full accel and full sticky tires (Maxxis SX) just to get it to turn well and have moved to the above settings after logging a lot of seat time!  I'm a level 50 player and can hang with just about anyone (but TedZ!) so this is really a well developed no bs setting for all players to try.  I would like to see other fast guys put up their settings.  I really feel you just need a base setting then change it a little for the track.  It also depends on the players on the track and the lines they set the first few laps.  When I get in a room of slower players its harder to go fast because of the preset lines (novice lines) and the way they crash into you and fly around the track back and forth......

To me i really could care less about a setup. I could run it all even and do just as well on this game as testing setups for 2 hours. However i did find a setup i like. Good news it works for every single bike in the game. +4 top speed > acceleration. Cuz i carry speed when i race. +4 soft suspension > hard suspension. Stays lower over big jumps and soaks up bumps well. +4 sticky > slippery. Because slippery is dumb in any situation. steering and braking really doesnt matter, i just use quick steering and hard braking just cuz i like it.
