I like 4 or 6 more accel indoors depending on the track. 2 to 4 more hard suspension, see which you like, and all sticky tires. Outdoor I do 4 more top speed, same suspension amd tires.

I mess with my tuning a lot, but the overall approach ends up the same. Indoors - less top end, softer suspension and stickier tires Outdoors - more top end, harder suspension and more on the slippery side Any combo you make out of that on the bike you like should make you pretty happy. Oh, and all my bikes get turned to fast steering and hard braking.

top speed - two more blue bars than acceleration for both indoors/outdoors suspension - i used to run my soft two more than hard, but i had a hard time turning at times so i reversed it to hard with two more bars tires - even my bike is a yamaha (shima)
