Im looking for 250Rs and I am wondering if theres a big difference between an 04 and 07. Is it worth $500 for an 07 from an 04 cuz Im gonna be doin serious racing.

yeah theres a big dif. first of all the 04 will have more hours..2nd there was alot of motor changes and suspension changes..id get the 07

dude 07 cuz they will last longer becuz they r not as old

not really, i have an 05 crf250 and my bike is golden, i beat 07s all the time, it comes down to how well the bike is maintained

i think the 05 and 04 are dif, because 05 was when 4stroke really got popular

If you do get an 07, order an 05 carb from your dealer. In 2006 honda swithced to a 40mm carb which is way too big and caused a slight bog or hesitation in the 06-09 models upon landing sometimes. MXA did a test on it and the 05 carb helps out quite a bit.
