RBW I may of figured out lag problems

Hey RBW i may of figgured out why REFLEX lags online. Here is my list of ideas of what might be going on... 1st, too many trees in a map can cause that, remeber Unleashed pc, how some maps with a lot of trees would lag a lot. 2nd Fog, ive noticed there is no Fog at all in REFLEX, just a little bit of fog could help for online. 3rd, objects in games might take up too much space, also the HD layout for the tracks too might be a problem. 4th, BIGGEST PROBLEM FOR ONLINE, terrain deformation, when you have a bunch of RUTS being made all the time, have you notived online that when some one lands a jump you lag a little bit? thats because of the cutting of the terrain, the ruts take up space, for the rest of the race, and then people are constantly new ruts, thus making the bad lag, also the internet with those ruts doesnt sound so good. That gentlemen is my case and point.   Hope this helps in the devopment on the next MX game RBW ;) , it this explinatioin isnt good enough for you, i will re-type it, hope you understand.

cool, thanks man!  i'll pass it on to the tech guys as I can understand what you're saying but its not in my realm to look into.

but untamed was even laggeyer and there was no track deformation?

Hey look it's ryan But I agree, Untamed was 10x laggier with no terrain deformation, oh, and over the boot pants are ****.

Those tracks lagged on your comp because your comp wasnt good enough to run them( mine does it on some of the really detailed tracks on mxsim like checkerz's mission valley). The terrain does not lead to lag. Lag has to do with peoples connects to the server, not the game environment.

 Thats not why reflex lags online. Its not like a computer game. All xbox 360's have the ability to run these graphics, same with ps3.
