Track Packs only work in ARCADE MODE ??????

I got sucked into spending the 10 bucks on these two things, and i can only seem to get to use them in Arcade mode, a mode i have never used nor wanted to use ? I cant find them under motocareer and so far havent been able to seem online where i mainly play like 99.9% of the time... Maybe i am missing something otherwise this sucks/........

never mind i found them on private rooms but not motocard.... and everyone has to have them in the privates otherwise you lose half the room, NICE .... just add more to the mix here with glitchs...
