DLC's 1 and 2 problems

So idk whats up with my xbox or game or whatever and idk if anyone else is having this problem .BUT whenever I get on reflex I get to the main menu where it loads your data and it pops up a screen saying it can't get the new data so I can either continue without saving OR I can try again which does nothing so I have to go back into the marketplace add ons and RE download it EVERYTIME it makes it annoying so I cant even play the game without starting frustrated help me out here if anyone from RBW or anyone else out there knows what up THANKS GUYS!
