frustrating beyond belief

It absolutely amazes me at the lack of support from this company to resolve a major problem. I am pretty sure most of us bought this game to be able to play and not to be sitting around hoping it may or may not work. Maybe somebody should call the better business bureau for these problems. If they advertise that there is online gameplay then it should work. not only work but not to freeze my system up every other time.

The above poster just hit the nail on the head.
The point the author was making is that the developers just dont respond to these threads
They kind of make you feel like they are not interested in fixing it. Hence lack of support.
We get no feedback from them at all.

It's tough to reply to the same question over and over when we don't have any info to give out. When we have info to give out on DLC3 or the patch, we'll make a new thread about it so you won't miss it.

so these is or is not any talk about DLC3? if you wanna keep your customers i say you better do something quick, because i am pretty sure that there is some compitition coming your way very soon!

The only way there would be no info to give out about the online fixes would be if they aren't being fixed. Why on earth would you have to keep the progress for fixes a secret? I could see why you don't tell anyone if there will be another DLC or not, but why can't anyone comment on what is being done for the online glitches? Unless of course nothing is being done...

I can tell you they are for sure being worked on (the online issues), but I can't comment on what state they are at.

Best i can tell friends is things are getting worse. Not only the same issues but lots of new ones for me. I am particularly enjoying the latest one where everything appears to be working but you cant move !!!!! . I dont envy your position RB at all , but i for one am losing confidence and " trying " to play this game less often. Not because i dont want to but because the problems are increasing... Cannot wait for at least an ETA on fixing the online glitches, could care less about track packs right now...

At least its spring and I can go out and ride for real, It really sucked during the winter when the game wouldn't work so I couldn't do anything mx related.

Online game play for this game is absolutley $hitty without any doubt. I say if these release a new game in the future, we don't buy it. Hit them in the pockets. THEN, maybe, they will get off therir a$$e$ and make online play the way it should be. I wait all day for a match to start once I've joined. Then when the gate drops people are already 15 and 20 seconds ahead with out making it to the first turn. WTF.... They have our money so they're not worried about us now.
