Just got the game on Sunday....I got injured on Saturday at the track in real life...ended up ripping half my little toe off and had to get it stitched back up, shattered the bone as well and broke the toe next to it..so I decided I would ride on here haha...anyways...I was really good at untamed and used to race the online tournaments, however this game seems to be extremely hard for me, especially the reflex controls....in untamed you could blast through everywhere and not use the brakes or let off the throttle...this however it seems like you can barely turn the bike, and whenever I even touch the reflex control I end up flying off the track...I love the game and its more realistic, but man is it difficult....also I notice that I loop out a ton because my front end is always up even when I am not touching the reflex control...I have to press the back brake on every single jump I go off of...any tips??

Hmm, I think I see how you got hurt in the first place. Try squeezing the brakes once in a while.

If you liked Untamed, you'll absolutely be blown away by Reflex.  It will; however, take a bit of a learning curve, especially to break old habbits.
  • First off, let off the gas in the air.  This will help keep your front end from coming up all the time.
  • Second, learn to use the brakes and even use half throttle sometimes.
  • The biggest mistake I see new players making is using too much of the Reflex stick.  Learn the game using it only a small amount when turning if at all.  It'll be slower, but once you get the hang of that, start to gradually start using more and more of the Reflex stick.  Just because it is there doesn't mean it's always the best way around the track.
  • Be gentle on the controls.  Ease onto the gas, brakes, and especially steering.  Don't just mash the controls.  Reflex is about being smooth.
  • Finally, remember, smooth and steady wins the race.  Practice being smooth and consistant and the speed will come.
Hope those tips help, and heal up soon!

"haha dont even go there with me....some goon decided to stop in a corner and he ran right into me...clipped his footpeg..." ___________ Haha, I just meant in the game. But now that you mention it...how exactly did a stopped guy run into you? I'm gonna need to know for insurance purposes now.
