I was playing MX Unleashed today...

I tried going back to MX unleashed from my Xbox360 to my PS2 today, and crap did i ever suck! It feels so weird using just the left stick to do all of the turning and preloading. And the fact that you can pin it the entire track, and theres no ruts.
However, in some ways, i feel RBW has gone backwards since this game.
In this, the tuffblocks can be moved out of the way, but not launched across the track, which is nice if you go off track.
The riders can battle alot more. They only fall if you really slam someone.
The AI actually gives you a challenge. Infact, they can ride the track darn well perfect. And its okay to battle with them.
the tracks are wide- Bridgeport is VERY wide, the full 8 rider pack was going through the whoops all at the same time and still had lots of room.
I also liked all of the line options on the tracks. There are berms on the inside as well as the outside, and the wide whoops sections had more flattened out sections that were much faster than the sections which havent been ridden over yet.
Much more variety in tracks. There is 24 SX tracks, all of which are unique. There's 22 Nationals tracks at 21 unique locations, and 5 freeride maps. All of which probably have the same area of riding space as Reflex's because they arent filled with trees, mountains, cliff's, etc etc.
The music in this game was good too. actual artists, and lots of songs.
I think if we could combine the terrain deformation of reflex's tracks, and the wideness and uniqueness of Unleashed tracks, and be able to add 8 more riders for 20 total racers, I think that weould make an extremely amazing MX game.

My Reflex one that is an aluminum MX bike that doubles as a bottle opener is pretty awesome. :)
