Is it just me or does it seem like the AI difficulty is pretty easy even on the harder settings especially when the track gets rougher

Its like they don't change difficulty, even if you change it from rookie to all-time.

I agree that the AI is rather easy to beat but it does seem to be a little more difficult than it was back in Feburary.  I still think that the difficulty needs to be increased on the harder settings. Scott

Lately I've noticed that in most races (I have it set on all-time difficulty) there is at least 1 ai rider that will just randomly stop somewhere in the middle of the track, like how in multiplayer if someone puts down the controller and they just sit there, and even if you take them out they dont start riding again, they just sit there still. It usually happens on the first or second lap, I've seen them stop in the middle of whoops in sx, in the middle of the double, double, table-top section on lost meadow, heaps of places. Then in the highlight reel it shows them stop and sit there for some weird reason, dunno why its showing an ai rider in the highlight reel...Has anyone else noticed this?

i remember in untamed id be watching the replay and it would show my rider doing something i never did in the race. Then id sit there thinking "didnt i see that AI guy do that?". I dont know if its the same sort of issue in this, and i havent seen it happen myself in reflex either.

The hilghlight reel lies. If you notice, the terrain deformation for the whole race is present on track before the highlight starts. So all your lines, and everyone else's, is already there when it replays.  Might not be related, but if your ruts are in the turn before you even make them, that could be a source of confusion for the highlight system and cause problems like what you're talking about.  I see it all the time too.

They need to give each rider its own physics/skill level ..... i get tired of seeing JS and RV at the bottom of the pack....  or Sara Witmore coming in ahead of trey canard.....    seriously....    each rider should have skill equal to their real life person.    Vilipoto should be hard to beat on the national tracks... RC should be impossible.... well almost....    McGrath should have some higher skill on the SX tracks ect.....    this would really give you the feeling that your really racing the real rider.
