DLC content not working

I have downloaded both track packs 1 and 2 , installed them without any problems now i cant find them in the game. i have given it a couple days played the game multiple times swapped games and still no luck

Did you look in the Arcade mode? That's the only place you'll find em.  (Xbox 360) They should be the first ones in the list for each race type. And they'll have a down arrow on the track pic...

 nah nothing there i have played it every day since i got em to see if they come up, been almost a week now. this is on ps3

Can anyone help?? Has it anything to do with the fact i have a imported game form china. Im from the UK you see.....
