Well you do the obvious things (the flags that are on the compass thing) then you have to just wander around looking for the hidden flags (they are blue), then you are done.
Any easier way to look for the flags is type the name of the location and flag collection or something and it shows a detailed video of where everything is. I did this for all three levels and it didn't take me long at all.
Possibly what PhillipsMX meant by "type the name of the location and flag collection" was to search it on Google and find a YouTube video?
Didn't want to confuse newer players to thinking there was a place in the game to do that.
