todays tip from SCRUB2WIN is.... SCRUBBING!! alright lets scrub right into it! before scrub: to have a successful scrub what you need to do is have constant acceleration and a slight curve while entering the face of the jump. the direction you are turning while going into the jump should always be the opposite side of which you bike will be leaning towards. just before and during scrub actions: with the left stick, turn towards the way you wish to lean the bike down. while moving up the face of the jump have the right stick at a down position. as you move up the face push the right stick along the edge of the joystick's boundary. do these actions fluidly and not to aggressively. extra tips: momentum in motocross is very, very, very important, as it is similarly in reflex! having momentum through turns, before woops and other obstacles proves to have direct outcomes. choose lines that are fast and do not require full on stops and you will be killing the competition 99% of the time every time. KNOWING WHEN TO SCRUB IS CRUCIAL- although it is very stylish and has many benefits, it can be disastrous you choose the wrong jump to pull it off. the best jumps to scrub are triples, some doubles and any jumps you are overshooting accidentally. try this out it will prove to improve your lap times and results!!!!!

hopefully these tips will help. i did forget to mention that you need to do the movement of the joysticks in unicin (meaning do both in the same motion).

a good track to practice scrubbing on is Moto 448. on the 2 up hill triples and the offcamber jump on the top of the hill after up hill rythm section, and the 2 doubles before the finish. basically all the jumps there you have to scrub if u want to have a fast lap.

another thing for a good scrub is to go on the face of the (a) jump leaning forward then leaning to what side say u wanna scrub/whip right so lean forward on base of jump then coming off the jump (keep leaning forward) and press it to the right but still making him lean forward so NE i think

Riding hard or Riding home
Add me XBL Jroo505 and i also play Bad company BF 2 and MVA reflex

ive leaned forward while trying to scrub and it almost always ends up with me falling off because my rider hits the lip and bails.  YEAH MOTO 448 is the best track for scrubbing without a doubt!!!

Your timing must be off, what I do to scrub is I lean in the direction I'm scrubbing, once my front wheel leaves earth, I lean forward, right after the back wheel leaves earth proceed to use the left stick to bring your bike back from horizontal flight, then about 1/2 of the way to the landing I flip both sticks in the direction I want to straighten my bike out in, this is the most difficult, but definately the lowest/fastest, kind of scrub on Reflex. PS When you scrub you shouldn't start leaning until your a little past half way up the face of the jump. But hey, what do I know, Im only 20+ seconds faster a lap on Kingston RD 2 than the AI. haha HAPPY SCRUBBING Y'ALL!

something u can try is letting off right before you scrub.... i do it and i stay lower and have more control from doing it idk if it will work for anybody else but it works for me so try that out and maybe it'll help you run better laps.
