Live server isn't available, try again later. WHY ?

Tried playing the multiplayer on XBL, comes up with the message: Live server isn't available... etc. Why this doesn't work. I have played MW2 on live so why this doesn't work ?

There having alot of problems with the online part of the game mate. As you know the game has a truck load of bugs. By there reports a update should be coming real "soon" to fix alot of the problems. Rainbow said they are waiting for Micro$oft to finish of there part of the fix.

Nice... waiting for the update... By the mean time, I should get some of that DLC. 8) Got the game yesterday here in Finland, and I love the game. :)

I get that message almost every time, but it connects anyway. I have no idea, so I just ignore it.

Yes!! I got it working! It just pops up every time, but it still connects like benspilk09 said. :)
