problems with the dlc tracks

i decided to download the dlc last night and i let it sit for 2 hours and it was stuck at 15%. so i thought there was something wrong with psn so i tried this morning and left it on all day and when i got home it was stuck as 96% and said it was pending. what exactly does it mean by pending? because the size is only like 560mb it shouldve taken not even 10 minutes to download and yet it took all day and still didnt work. I know my connection is good because i said screw and played mw2 perfectlly but i really want to have the tracks so any suggestions?

have you tried contacting Sony? it sounds like an issue with PSN
