The Next Mx game

The next motocross game should focus on the Supercross series in real life. You should have to go through each round against professionally named riders. Then after that the user could choose to go to the outdoor series or just continue to next supercross season. For practice you should have a track at a home so it would be a at home training session.

Why not! I seem to remember MTX Mototrax did something like that, and it worked well.
Just, for crying out loud, think of us PC gamers again for once :P
People are still actively modding Unleashed, it's time we got a new engine :)

hill climbs?!?! lmao, wait... are you being serious? i know i'm shoe horning a r1 motor into my mx chassis for my run at widow-maker....
hurricane's idea is not a bad one, though i think he's not asking for enough. i've said it before but i'll say it again. i would like to see a career beggining in the amatuer ranks, work toward getting a team green ride going to whitney, oak hill, world mini, ponca, LL's, mini o's... get 250f ride ride supercross and nationals for a season or two, three maybe... have a monitary/rider skill upgrade system that will depict whether you stay and make some dough/train/pracitce to improve your rider.
i think it would add depth and lasting appeal of game to have rider strengths/weakness' as a base to start, do you want to be a strong/fit bull dog like the goat or a flowing/smooth kevin windham, maybe something in between a-la stewart. if you've ever created a player in a sports game you understand what i mean. if you pick a starting style as smooth and the try to ride like a animal you're endurance will fade and watch you get sloppy over the course of a race... maybe you want to stay amatuer or 250f pro longer to make additional money... buy be a peice of property, home track(s), a gym... all of these 'tools' may be used to improve your rider. practice tracks improve speed/general bike skills, the gym strength and/or endurance. what you concentrate on would depend on your choice of riding style and the series upcoming or in progress. during the sx season maybe you need more time on the practice track, outdoors more strength and endurace training may need most of your attention. time spent on each during the week between rounds and in the off season depicts where you improve your rider and his abilities.... think fight night 3.
i could go on and on, but i better get back to CNC-ing my extended swing arm.
