are the new tracks available for UK region? i tried to create a american account, but its the address i cant make one up :/

Hi,same issue for Italy.i don't know if ot's possible to download from a USA accout,save it from a storage device and install it from an european account...

don't hold me to it but i believe the DLC will be available for you once the game officially releases next week overseas.
