I got it last summer and outgrew it in a month, so over the winter, me and my dad put on a KX100 kit he got off of eBay: KX100 wheels and swingarm, new top end, FMF Fatty pipe and Shorty silencer, and a new shroud, since I cracked one from landing on a rock. I don't have any pics of it today, unfortunratley :( And here's my newest ride: [IMG]http://i582.photobucket.com/albums/ss261/zthomas95/z.jpg[/IMG] '03 RM100. Even though I have the KX, it was only $700, so why not get it. Its a little taller than my other bike, and it needs a new clutch, but other than that, it's a great bike. I don't have any riding pics, since I don't race, and I ride alone.

hey mxracer32 what do you think of your 09 crf 450. ive heard so many people complain about them, i dont have any complaints or problems with mine.

love it. i switched to honda's in '05 and have owned every other year 450 since (05, 07, and 09). the bike is great. the motor is just a tad mellow for me but i switched to a 14/52 gearing and it helped pick it up between gears (im a revver style rider). ive ridden everything though as ive worked 2 years as a bike tester for an unamed magazine. i always prefered the hondas but i felt the weakest link was the show forks, i always praised the yamaha's KYBs. since they got the KYB's this year i couldnt be happier. i know some people have had problems with the decompression pin, i have not. i got the recall but havent taken it in, as i have close to 70 hours on the 09. if it was bad or going to break, it would of done so in the first 30 hrs. the only problem i had was around 55 hrs my fuel pump went out, or so i thought. i bought a new unit and installed but when i took my gas tank apart i found a small particles of dirt everywhere. somehow dirt got in the tank, and clogged the fuel filter. that seems to be a common problem with these, but replacing the filter should fix it, which is a lot less costly then the entire pump. suspension and hadling are the bikes high points for sure. you can make anything go faster with parts or motor work, but its hard to change frame geometrey to get it to handle better. I dig my honda. Im curious to check out the '10 yamis though. some major changes coming for them that could change mx bikes in the future.
