Well, I actually have the same quad. Same year. haha. What do you do with you're quad? Are you racing? or just riding. My nerf bars we only 100 bucks so you could probably buy those yourself. Tusk Pro Comp Series. Hot Cams might be a good improvement. I've heard there's a package you can buy for like 300 bucks or something that adds some good horsepower. How much is he willing to spend on one part?

Hmm. Well the stock suspension the the TRX450R is amazing. And aftermarket suspension is pretty expensive. If he doesnt want to spend alot, I'd say stick with physical mods. They're alot cheaper. Like new plastics or skid plates(could be useful if those trails got some big rocks) and the nerf bars I got off the Rocky mountain atv website. Pretty simple to put on.just need to drill 2 holes into the front of ur stock foot peg and its set.

a horn? a bell? Lol i dont know. personally id go with some sick graphics kit or something, since im one to buy new suspension or tires or pipe etc to improve handling, since for all the riding i do it isnt worth it. Im just happy with a fairly recent bike that runs.

Well guys turns out My dad already bought some PRO ARMOR bars for me. But Here's the awesome thing, last weekend I went to Truckhaven Challenge 2010 in California. There was a raffle and my dad and I bought 70 tickets. With those 70 tickets I got a KTM umbrella, some Moose gear, and finally the best of all A YOSHIMURA PIPE FOR FREE!!! plus 50% off another! I am soo psyched. thanks for all the advice and everything!

Bars will change your world.  Get new Bars first.  Then Tires.  Then Pipe AND filter and jets.  HRC kit is dope too.

Remember the great days of Motocross Madness when there were hundreds of user created downloadable tracks and skins?
