Hey! New nember, long time player. One question?

Hey everyone :) Ive been playing the MX series since the first one came out and i was quite dissapointed with untamed :/ but after playing the demo of Reflex, this game has had a massive overhaul and the gap in the release dates infuriates me. Unfortunatly i live in the UK and dont have the opportunity to play the game at the moment, but im still curious, if i bought it from Amazon or Ebay and played it in the UK before its release date, would i be in risk of being banned from live? or any other penilties? Cheers and hope to catch some of you online, ( if i get it ) :D
