need help with invites

When I create a private session and invite my buddies they keep getting a messege that says the SESSION IS UNAVAILABLE. that's impossible if nobody has entered my session. On certain occasions I have gotten that same screen from others who have invited me.
Please fix this or if any body know what the issue is.
