programmable 3360 controller?

Hey guys, I've been looking around but can't find anything. I need a controller where I can re-map the xbox controller buttons for different games. For example. I want to the function of the left trigger to be controlled by the right bumper.. My hands are almost fully paralyzed so it makes i difficult to reach all the buttons. I don't want like that rapid fire mods etc, just something where I can change the button mapping to work for my hands. Thanks in advance
