ive wrapped it up in a blanket and left it on a few times to overheat, i did that about 6 times and eventually it didnt work anymore. is there anyway i can get it fixed for free? if not do you know how i could get it fixed cheapest?

holeshot, pin it, knock everybody down, go through the second corner, come out in front.

If your XBOX is less than 3 years old, call Microsoft 1-800-4myxbox, they will fix it free. If it's older you may want to just buy a new one, the repair is around $100 dollars through Microsoft I think if it's not under warranty still. There are repair kits, which I've used that work, but in my case only temporarily. With the game coming out in just a week you better do something quick ;)

Buy a new Xbox at Walmart, put your broken one in the box and return it.

Forgive me father, for I have sinned, I hit a fourth gear jump, in fifth gear pinned!

Why not just get the demo for both then see what one you like best ? save some $$

Seriously, try both demos first before you do anything. If that doesn't decide it for you, then you should rent one or both first.
