Email Problem Question

Hello, I'm passing on a message from my brother who signed up for the forum and is not receiving emails. Please see his message below. Thank you! Hello, Touche___Turtle (3 underscores) has signed up for a forum account and not recieved a password. He has requested a new password serveral times by entering his email address and it says the information has been sent to his email account. He has not received any emails from the Reflex forums. When he tries to sign up again, it tells him the account already exsists. Would you please check and see why he has not received a password. His email works fine except for the these forums, does an underscore cause any problems? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
