Played demo at lunch but didnt see a tutorial for these. 1. What are the reflex movements for performing a whip and for scrub, and returning the bike back into a landing position? 2. If the reflex movement for scrub and whip are same, when or how is the scrub done on a jump? Thanks.

Scrubs are done of the face of the jump, whips in the air. Or a scrub turns into a whip. Incase you dont know in real life a scrub works by making the suspension not compress as much which intern does not bounce you as high. When the suspension is laying over compared to a face of the jump less forced is pushed up the suspension again so it doesnt fly you as high. All you have to do in Reflex is lean sideways while riding up the face of a jump.

It is a little confusing to figure out but I find that if I do a whip and then don't touch the either of the sticks it will bring the whip back in. I am having issues when getting cross rutted or turning while hitting those 2 small doubles. My bike is scrubbed and it doesn't return, leaning doesn't seem to help it just makes it worse.

Another question: Does how you move the reflex stick change the type of whip performed? Example, rolling a half circle movement to left or right, vs just a straight sideways movement? So, seems like scrubbing is basically just leaning on the jump just like in real life and thats it. Biggest issue is returning bike from scrub / whip for landing. Id get air and would get into some awkward angle and no matter what I did, nothing would fix it. Id land sideways and stop or crash. :/ Other times I do a quick flick, do a whip, and just let go of stick and it would return.

the 4th whip is easy. Its just a case of as soon as your airbourne, first move the right stick to the left sharply, then as soon as the sticks as far to the left as possible, move the left stick to the left aswel. so its like reflex left then steering left, then bring them both back.. check my whip video under this post, i find its a lot smoother when whipping and scrubbing to do the entire whip out and back in motion with the sticks. A lot of people seem to extend the whip then let go and throttle to straighten out, but i tend to find this makes for a jerky whip. If you whip one way with both sticks then straighten up using the left stick (the steer stick) it should be smooth as **** :)

try leaning the rider at the lip of the jump and then when ur back wheel is off the face of the jump (completely) turn the bike the way the rider is going like not the person but the bike, and tell me how it goes.
