physics in the games(rbw please answer)

every game play video i saw i don't know if its the guys playing the game or actually the game but the rider pretty much never leaves the center of the bike. in real life when your coming down a big straight with a lot of bumps or rollers your not just sitting in the middle of the seat, your either standing up or hanging off the back of the seat. and when you come into a corner that has braking bumps or something rough your crouched down and in attack position not sitting and letting the bike throw you around. it just didnt really look very realistic to me. :(
