hey i just used my motoclub pro membership code today and it worked but i didnt get the stuart compound, is this happening to anyone else? if not what should i do?
I bought the MotoClub membership thing, that is suppsed to have the Stewart compound, two nationals, and a free ride, and I got nothing! Well nothing except the receipt in my email. What are we supposed to do now?
You guys need to relax. THQ is a very smart company and has everything under control. Everything has been all messed up since the guy from xbox hacked playstation network, so blame that dude not THQ. And once again, you guys are argueing over a video game for crying out loud. Go outside and get some air. Go sign up for the football team or bball team and get in shape instead of being a couch patato. Just chillaxe it will be here soon and in the mean time if u still wanna play the game than buy the new awesome trcks that came out. And it will probably will have the compound out this week when the 450 bikes come out so just wait, get some fresh air and calm down.
Park4 its the point that all these people are posting questions with little to zero response or clarity on the matter. Politicians fess up and respond with an answer faster than THQ is doing. Thats why all these people are upset. Myself included, I pre-ordered (aka gave some one money before receiving the product becuase of the promises for things I would receive in return for my good nature) and I have gotten no clear answer why my freecode doesnt work or why I cant DL the tracks anyways if I chose to pay for them. Which I also did and still didnt get the tracks.
So bear with us. When I purchase something I expect to recieve it when delivery was promised!
Park4, Im guessing here but I would think you work with THQ or some how affiliated with them. Park4 if THQ was so smart why are we still with out the James Stewart Compound? How long has this game been available for purchase...MAY 10th. We are coming up on two months really TWO MONTHS and yet we are still with out this commited James Stewart Compound FROM THQ. A professional company would have resolved this situation by know. Also a professional company or smart company would keep the community posted on the situation within the news links on this site and ensure the community the commitment they have to resolve the situation. Park4 do you see anything on the News link and or Media link that resembles anything about this situation...No you don't. What you see is new bikes, tracks, helmets and gear available now in the DLC. How about THQ stop focusing on new products and focus on getting the community what they commited and that would be THE JS Compound. How is it the can release these new items and NOT the Compound...still think they are very smart? I don't well at least this branch of the company. Really...you want to blame some hacker and Sony for what? What did Sony or this hacker commit to us and that we have yet to receive. I know what Sony commited and made available ASAP as soon as they came back online. I play four free games almost daily...thank you Sony!! Sony was very professional by communicating to lets just say the entire World what was going on...THQ has communicated to lets just say nobody about this situation. All THQ as well as yourself are doing is lets blame Sony. Wrong... last time I checked I bought this game from THQ NOT SONY and it was THQ who commited to all of us the free James Stewart MX Compound NOT SONY. Park4 do you think that THQ could simply place a link on this site to remedy this absurd situation? Wow when you select the link it asks you to enter a code and receive the James Stewart MX Compound wow awesome I then can place my download on a USB flash drive and place it in one of the available USB slots on my PS3 and download it in my PS3...frickin awesome... That would be a smart company one who took care of the people who take care of them... Park4 why don't you go outside and get some fresh air...as a matter of fact why don't you grab everyone at THQ Digital Studios of Phoenix and get some fresh air and think outside the box.
well i bought the game on the release day (PS3) and still to this day i have not been able to download anything for this game! i go on the motoclub depot and when 'special items, events, vehicles etc' come up i click on them and it says no items available!!
is there something i need to do before you get the goods to download ? i have my stewart compound code and i just don't know what to do. if someone could help that would be great.

I don't know if anybody else has had the following issues on the PS3: When downloading the FOX 360 gear patch from the MotoClub Depot I did not get all of the jersey-pant combos that we are supposed to get with this download, instead I got the jersey-pant combos that are supposed to come with the FOX 360 SE gear patch (and apparently in the MotoClub Depot for the PS3 there is one downloadable patch of the FOX gear available to download there are supposed to be 2 FOX gear downloadable patches, the second one doesn’t even appear in the MotoClub Depot). I do not want the FOX 360 SE gear because that is not what I intended to buy, but I don’t know what is going on nor how to fix this. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me. My eagerness for such issue is mostly due to the fact that I really really really like the FOX gear and I currently own the Victory jersey-pant combo, and would love to be able to use it in the game. THANKS again for anyone that can help me, I am not that practiced at buying things from here so that is why I am so frustrated with this.
Another issue that I have is that I cannot purchase the James Stewart Compound because it doesn’t even appear in there (and I read in a post from MotoX that it was available to buy but not with the code), which is quite weird because yesterday morning when I logged into the MotoClub Depot I did see it available for purchase. For those of you who are wondering why “this moron did not buy it right at that moment” I can explain that at that precise moment I did not have money to buy it so that is why I did not buy it right then, so latter on in the afternoon when I had just bought a $50 Play Station Network card I logged into the MotoClub Depot and apparently the James Stewart Compound simply disappeared. I don’t know what is going on and if someone can help me, again THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
