Mx vs Atv Untamed Freestyle

Iv had this game for a fair while but never finished it. But im freaking doing my head in with the Freestyle events. I can't even get past the first event of FMX. I need help lol. Is there a special technique or bike setup to get me through it. It seems like you crash and then all of a sudden you are so far behind in points and thats on easy. I can't do anymore events because this is stuffing my process. Anybody else have major issues completing these events.
